CHECK-IN/OUT: 1) Early Check-in or late check-out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, please message us for any requests. 2) Failure to leave at scheduled check-out time will incur a $250 fee. 3) Registration information must be submitted 72 hours before check-in to ensure registration. A $75 late fee will be applied if the short-term rental agreement is not returned on time. GUEST CHECK-IN: 1) Entry will be by keyless entry. 2) Guest check-in screening will occur via a security camera. 3) Please ensure the reservation accounts for the correct number of guests and a pet (2 pets maximum) if you bring one. PET RULES: 1) 2 Pet maximum - Pets must be added to the guest count on the reservation. 2) Undisclosed pets or guests will result in a $150 fine on top of the required payments. 3) Pets can not be left unattended outside the home, including the front or backyard. 4) Please pick up after your pets including inside/outside of the home. FIREPIT 1) Firewood or supplies are not provided during stay. FIREPLACE 1) Indoor fireplace is currently not available for use. CAR RULES 1) 3 car maximum on premises 2) No Street parking LAUNDRY SPACE 1) Washer/dryer located in the home for use 2) Some supplies may be left over by previous guests but please plan accordingly and pack essentials needed if you plan on doing wash during your stay. PROPERTY SERVICE/ MAINTENANCE 1) Please note house maintenance or services may come at some point during your stay for routine care on the property (ex: lawn), we ask for your cooperation during this time if the services come during your stay. TRASH RULES 1) Trash located at the end of the driveway. Trash goes out to curb Tuesday night and needs to be brought back in after pick up.
